Aliaksei Dudko was convicted under Part 1 of Art. 342 of the Criminal Code (Participation in group actions grossly violating public order) for participation in protests in August 2020.
According to the investigation, Dudko, along with other residents of Žlobin, took an active part in the mass protests on August 9-10, 2020. They allegedly did not respond to orders by police officers, shouted slogans, violated public order and obstructed the work of public transport and government institutions.
Judge Yauhen Yerafeyeu sentenced Dudko to 2.5 years of restricted freedom in an open-type penitentiary.
