Aliaksei Berazinski is a resident of the town of Ždanovičy charged under Part 2 of Article 293 of the Criminal Code (participation in riots).

Berazinski was detained on October 11, 2020, during a protest in Minsk. He spent several days in a pre-trial detention center, and on October 16 he was detained as part of a criminal case related to the events of August 9.

On February 17, 2021, the Saviecki District Court of Minsk sentenced Aliaksei Berazinski to three years and six months in a medium-security penal colony.
