Aliaksandr Viniarski is a minor resident of Brest sentenced by the Lieninski District Court to three years in a juvenile colony for alleged participation in mass riots (Part 2, Article 293 of the Criminal Code). Twelve more people were convicted together with him.
According to the investigation, during the post-election protests in Brest, Viniarski "grossly violated public order," "destroyed property," "punched and kicked police officers" and "hit them with various objects." Boards, sticks, street rubbish bins, fragments of benches, paving slabs and asphalt, bottles, stones, metal bolts, paint containers, and firecrackers were allegedly used.
He was released from juvenile colony No. 2 on April 4, 2024.
