On May 15, 2024, Aliaksandr Sayevich was convicted in Leninski District Court of Minsk under Article 369 (insulting a government official) of the Criminal Code. Judge Anastasiya Achalava sentenced Aliaksandr to two years and six months of restricted freedom without sending him to an open-type correctional institution.
Following the announcement of the verdict, Aliaksandr was released in the courtroom.
