Aliaksandr Masevich was convicted under Part 3 of Article 361, Part 1 of Article 361-4, Part 2 of Article 361-4, Part 1 of Article 367, Part 2 of Article 367, Part 1 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code. From December 12 to December 22, 2022, the case was considered by Judge Iryna Maiko. The verdict of the Minsk Regional Court came into force.
On March 31, 2023, Masevich was included in the list of citizens of Belarus, foreign citizens and stateless persons involved in extremist activities.
