Aliaksandr Luchynovich was taken into custody in the detention center on charges of promoting extremist activity under Article 361-4 of the Criminal Code for sending information about Russian military equipment to Bielaruski hajun Telegram channel.
On July 22, 2022, a Homieĺ Regional Court Judge Aluaksri Khlyshchankou sentenced political prisoner to 24 months of imprisonment in a general-security penal colony.
