Aliaksandr Kulbachka is a co-owner of a wine bar in Minsk. In 2017, he was recognized as The Best Sommelier of Belarus. He hosts the @sasha_and_wine Telegram channel.
He was placed in a pre-trial detention center for participating in the post-election protests, under Art. 342 of the Criminal Code ('active participation in group actions that grossly violate public order').
