Aliaksandr Kuchynski is a defendant in the criminal case initiated by the KGB for "attempting to commit an act of terrorism" in Mačuliščy. Allegedly, his wife, Larysa Kuchynskaya, had an apartment, which was rented to the alleged perpetrator of the "sabotage" Mikalai Shvets. Aliaksandr was arrested along with his wife. He was charged under Article 289 of the Criminal Code (an act of terrorism).
Aliaksandr is being held in pre-trial detention center of KGB.
