Aliaksandr Ivanou was sentenced to 3 years in medium security penal colony under Art. 364 of the Criminal Code (Violence or threat of violence against a police officer) and under Art. 391 of the Criminal Code (Insulting a judge).

Aliaksandr Ivanou was accused in ten episodes: according to the prosecution, he twice threatened judges Malashenka and Linnik by telephone and in messages, and eight times threatened with violence to police officers. According to the prosecution, the guilt is confirmed by the testimony of victims and materials from the phone.
