On March 14, 2023, in the Lieninsky District Court of Hrodna, Judge Natallia Horbach sentenced him to 18 months of imprisonment in a general-security penal colony.
Besides, he must pay 100 basic fines (3,700 Belarusian rubles), compensation for non-pecuniary damage to six victims (6,000 Belarusian rubles), and 666 rubles of state duty.
On April 7, 2023, Aliaksandr Dziuba was included in the "List of Belarusian citizens, foreign citizens, and stateless persons involved in extremist activities".
