32-year-old Minsk resident Aliaksandr Andrushkievich was detained on April 14, 2022. He was charged under Article 342 of the Criminal Code for participation in post-election protests. The man was placed in the pre-trial detention center.
It is known that Andrushkevich was previously detained under Article 23.34 of the Administrative Code.
On 29 August 2022, Andrushkievich was found guilty and sentenced to three years of restricted freedom under home confinement.
Aliaksandr Andrushkievich has left Belarus.
