Alena Maushuk was detained as part of the Pinsk "rioting" criminal case.
According to police, the woman allegedly attempted to hit police officers with a stick. Maushuk is charged under Art. 293 of the Criminal Code. The charge related to the events of August 9, 2020.
On April 30, 2021, Judge Yauhen Brehan of the Maskoŭski District Court of Brest sentenced the defendant to 6 years in a general-security penal colony.
