Alena Marozava

Alena Marozava was arrested along with her son for participating in protests in 2020. It is known that she was first sentenced on March 6, 2024 under administrative article 19.11 for "petty hooliganism". After that, she was charged under Article 130 (inciting social hatred), Article 342 (participation in actions that grossly violate public order), Part 1 of Article 361 (calling for sanctions) of the Criminal Code.

She is scheduled to be tried in the Minsk City Court on December 10, 2024. The case will be considered by Judge Tatsiana Falkouskaya.
