Aleh Khramykh is a taxi driver and Red Cross volunteer. He is charged with ‘promoting extremist activities’ under Article 361-4 of the Criminal Code for "posting three messages on the Internet that a plane was flying over Homieĺ, showing the time and applied geolocation. And then added a video of Russian vehicles moving around".

On September 7, 2022, the Homieĺ Regional Court found Khramykh guilty and sentenced him to 3.5 years of imprisonment in a medium-security penal colony.
