Aleh Kaspiarovich is an employee of the national telecom company. He was detained immediately after arriving from his vacation in the UAE for “planting protest ideas and reposts from resources deemed extremist in the company's corporate Telegram group”.
After his arrest, police officers found pictures of protests in 2020 in his smartphone. He is charged with Article 342 of the Criminal Code (Organization of group actions that grossly violate public order and preparation or training of such activities).
