Aleh Bukas is a resident of Babrujsk, who, together with his father Ihar Bukas, was accused and convicted under Article 364 of the Criminal Code (violence against a police officer).

Ihar and Aleh Bukas were detained on August 10, 2020. The two men were detained after intervening in a conflict between a traffic police officer and a woman.

On November 27, the father and son were convicted. Ihar Bukas was sentenced to four years in a medium-security penal colony. Aleh Bukas was sentenced to two years in a general-security penal colony.
