Aleh Ardziuk is a defendant in a criminal case brought after the events in Pinsk on the night of August 9–10, 2020. The investigation qualifies it as “mass riots” (Part 2 of Article 293 of the Criminal Code).

The trial over Aleh Ardziuk began on January 20, 2022. The defendant is in custody. 

It is known that the prosecutor asked for three and a half years in a medium-security penal colony. 

On April 5, Judge of the LIeninski district court of Brest Sviatoslav Kalina found Aleh Ardziuk guilty under Part 2 of Article 293 of the Criminal Code (Participation in riots) and sentenced him to three and a half years in a medium-security regime colony, thus granting the prosecutor's request.
