On November 27, 2023, Aksana Malochka was convicted under Part 2 of Article 19.11 of the Administrative Code (distribution, manufacture, storage, transportation of information products containing calls to extremist activity or propaganda of such activity).
Later she was placed in pre-trial detention center No. 7.
On July 24, 2024, the Brest Regional Court began to consider the criminal case under Part 1 of Article 356 (high treason) in closed court hearing. She was sentenced to eight years' imprisonment in a penal colony.
