On November 22, 2023, Judge Valery Yesman found Nadzeya and Viachaslau Yanushkevich guilty of violating Article 342 of the Criminal Code (organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them). The defendants were sentenced to two and a half years of restricted freedom under home confinement, also known as "domashnyaya khimiya." They were taken into custody on August 3, 2023.

Prior to the trial, Viachaslau was in custody, while Nadzeya was released on bail.
