Prakapchuk was charged with participation in "mass riots" (Part 2 of Art. 293 of the Criminal Code).
On March 10, Judge Vera Filonik of the Maskoŭski District Court of Brest sentenced Prakapchuk to 4 years in a medium-security penal colony.
He was released from prison on April 4, 2024.
