Viktoryia Hrankouskaya is a former BNTU student who was expelled during the autumn protests in Belarus. The girl was detained on November 12 as part of a criminal case under Art. 342, Part 1 of the Criminal Code (organization or participation in group actions that gravely violate public order).

Viktoryia later faced formal charges. She was first taken into custody in the KGB pre-trial prison, but then was transferred to pre-trial detention center No. 1.
