Uladzislau Lahoika was found guilty by the Leninski District Court under Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code (Organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them).
On December 20, 2023, Judge Yuliya Shchotkina sentenced Lahoika to two years and six months of restricted freedom without sending him to an open-type penal facility (domashnyaya khimiya).
Prior to the trial, Uladzislau was detained in a pre-trial detention center.
