Uladzimir Kuzub was sentenced to three years of restricted freedom in an open penitentiary (“khimiya”) under Article 369 of the Criminal Code (insulting a representative of the authorities).

The charge stemmed form a comment on the Odnoklassniki social media reading "We need to drive this scum away" targeting traffic police inspector Andrei Bahrayenka, who took an active part in beating up peaceful protesters in Svietlahorsk on August 9-10, 2020.

The convict was sent to serve the sentence on August 28, 2021.
