On June 1, 2021, the Kastryčnicki District Court of Hrodna found the 63-year-old pensioner guilty under Article 369 of the Criminal Code and sentenced the woman to one year of restricted freedom (home confinement).
According to the charge, on December 7, 2020, Tarun posted an insulting comment targeting an officer of the Hrodna police department Pavel Kalmahorau.
