Stanislau Rachytski was detained on February 10, 2022, in an administrative case. On February 25, 2022, he was re-detained in a criminal case of group actions grossly violating public order (Article 342 of the Criminal Code).

He was charged and transferred to pre-trial detention center.

On May 26, 2022, Stanislau was found guilty and sentenced to 18 months of restricted freedom under home confinement. He was released in the courtroom.
