Stanislau Kazhamiakin was accused of committing a crime under Art. 130 of the Criminal Code (Incitement to hatred).
According to the indictment, on September 24, 2020, he sent messages to the Telegram chat Brest 97% under the nickname Partizan. According to the forensic linguistic examination, these messages contained incitement to aggressive actions, as well as calls for violent actions against police officers.
He was sentenced to three years in prison.
