Siarhei Zhohla and Vital Rybakou were convicted in the Saviecki District Court On July 22, 2022, for participation in protests. Judge Aliaksandr Volk found them guilty under part 1 of article 342 of the Criminal Code (participation in group actions that grossly violate public order) and sentenced Zhohla to 24 months of imprisonment in a general-security penal colony and Rybakou to 20 months. Recently, on appeal of the prosecutor, a car was confiscated from one of them as a "means of committing a crime". It was allegedly used to block the roadway during a protest on August 10, 2020.

An appeal hearing was held on October 18, 2022.
