Siarhei Aleksiayeuski was detained in Maladziečna for publishing comments on the Internet in connection with the deaths of IT worker Andrei Zeltser and KGB agent Dzmitry Fedasiuk.

It is known that Siarhei is charged under Article 369 of the Criminal Code (insulting a government official) and Article 130 of the Criminal Code (inciting hatred).

On June 20, 2022, the KGB put Siarhei on the list of persons involved in terrorist activities.

On July 13, 2022, Minsk Regional Court in a closed session sentenced Siarhei Aleksiayeuski to three years of imprisonment in a general-security penal colony and a fine of BYN 3,200 (USD 1,270).
