Radzivon Kandratsiuk is a defendant in the Brest "dancing protest" case opened after the events of September 13, 2020, when the protesters were dispersed by a water cannon.

On May 7, 2021, the court of the Maskoŭski district of Brest sentenced Kandratsiuk to 18 months of restricted freedom in an open institution ("khimiya").

On July 26, the man was re-arrested and sent to serve her sentence.
