Larysa Kuchynskaya is a defendant in the criminal case initiated by the KGB for "attempting to commit an act of terrorism" in Mačuliščy. Allegedly, she had an apartment, which was rented to the alleged perpetrator of the "sabotage" Mikalai Shvets. She was detained along with her husband, Aliaksandr Kuchynski. She was charged under Article 289 of the Criminal Code (an act of terrorism).
Larysa is being held in pre-trial detention center of KGB.
