Kanstantsin Yarshou is a fitness and bodybuilding trainer from Minsk. He was arrested on January 24, 2022, in a criminal case on group actions grossly violating public order (Article 342 of the Criminal Code).
He has been charged and transferred to pre-trial detention center.
On June 8, 2022, a Judge of Maskouski district of Minsk Tatsiana Pirozhnikava found Kanstantsin guilty and sentenced him to three years of restricted freedom in an open-type penitentiary. The man was released in the courtroom awaiting the commencement of the sentence.
