Yury Ulasiuk, a post-graduate student of the History Faculty of the Belarusian State University, was arrested in December 2022. He was indicted under Article 342 of the Criminal Code ('Organization and preparation of actions grossly breaching public order').

On March 22, 2023, in the Kastryčnicki District Court of Minsk, Judge Ina Sivets sentenced the political prisoner to three years of freedom restriction under home confinement.

Yury Ulasiuk was released from custody in the courtroom.
