Yury Sedzianeuski, a resident of Hrodna, was sentenced to three years of restricted freedom in an open-type correctional facility under Article 364 of the Criminal Code (violence against police officers) and Article 342 of the Criminal Code (group actions that grossly violate public order).

The case was brought over the events of 6 September 2020 in Hrodna. According to the indictment, Yury Sedzianeuski and his brother Uladzimir Sedzianeuski grossly violated public order during the protests by threatening and using violence against police officers. There were 11 injured policemen in the case.

Yury did not plead guilty. On 27 June 2021, he started serving his sentence in open-type correctional facility No. 17.
