Dzmitry Sinkevich is administrator of the Telegram-chat "Minsk. Roadblocks. Chat".

He was accused of organizing group actions that grossly violate public order by instructing people to obstruct traffic in Minsk (Part 1 of Art. 342 of the Criminal Code) According to the indictment, from August 31 to October 30, 2020, Sinkevich ”posted articles with instructions on blocking traffic." In addition, according to the public prosecutor, he was involved in the search for persons for illegal actions and directly managed them.

On May 24, 2021, the Pieršamajski District Court of Minsk sentenced him to 2 years in a medium-security penal colony.
