Dzmitry Khars was sentenced on April 8, 2021 by the Brest District Court to one month in prison on hooliganism charges.

The charge stemmed from the inscriptions “3%”, “Leave” and “Long Live Belarus!” spray-painted on the pedestal of a Lenin monument in the village of Damačava near Brest.

The convict started serving his sentence on May 5, 2021.

On June 5, Khars was released after completing his sentence.
