Dzianis Khazei is a college student in the town of Vysokaje, a minor.
Khazei faced criminal charges under Part 2 of Art. 293 of the Criminal Code (participation in mass riots) for his involvement in the August 10 post-election protest. Before the trial, Dzianis was at large under surveillance.
On March 10, 2021, Dzianis Khazei and eight other defendants in the criminal case were convicted by the Maskoŭski District Court of Brest. Khazei was sentenced to three years in a juvenile penitentiary.
