Dzianis Huretski was arrested on May 13, 2022. He was sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest, and later charged with ‘group actions that grossly violate the public order’ under Article 342 of the Criminal Code.
On August 26, 2022, a trial was held in which Huretski was found guilty and sentenced to 2.5 years of restricted freedom under home confinement.
