Tsimur Kurhuzau was detained in a criminal case on group actions grossly violating public order (Article 342 of the Criminal Code).
In December 2021 he was transferred to pre-trial detention center.
Human rights defenders learned that in March 2022 the court sentenced Tsimur to restriction of freedom in the form of house arrest. The term is being clarified.
