On June 9, Liashkevich was summoned for questioning and placed in a remand prison in Hrodna.
On September 17, 2021, the Lieninski District Court of Hrodna sentenced Liashkevich to two years of restricted freedom in an open penitentiary ("khimiya"). The convict was released to wait for an appeal hearing.
