Artsiom Staneuski was convicted under Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code (organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them). On 10 May 2024 the case was considered by Judge Marharyta Lantsevich.
He was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months of "khimiya" for participation in the Unity March on September 6, 2020. Artsiom was released after the announcement of the verdict.
On May 31, 2024 he was added to the list of Belarusian citizens, foreign citizens and stateless persons involved in extremist activities.
