Anzhela Asad is the chief accountant at TUT.BY.
She was detained on May 18, 2021, in the framework of a criminal case initiated against TUT.BY for tax evasion on an especially large scale (Part 2 of Article 243 of the Criminal Code).
On March 11, 2022, Anzhela Asad, deputy chief accountant of TUT.BY Maryia Novik, TUT.BY deputy director Iryna Rybalka were released from pre-trial detention center. However, they are all under a non-disclosure agreement and undertaking not to leave the country. The earlier charges were not dropped.
