Andrei Velikaselets and Katsiaryna Redzko were convicted by the Minsk City Court under Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code (organization and preparation of actions that seriously violate public order, or active participation in them), Article 361-2 of the Criminal Code (financing the activities of an extremist formation (the wording was invalidated on 26.05.2021)). From February 19 to March 18, 2024, the case was considered by Judge Zhanna Brysina. She sentenced Andrei to 3 years' imprisonment in a penal colony.
On July 5, 2024, he was added to the list of Belarusian citizens, foreign citizens and stateless persons involved in extremist activities.
