Andrei Shulhat worked for Minsk Tractor Works. He was arrested on September 29, 2021, for posting comments about the death of Andrei Zeltser and a KGB officer. A criminal case under Article 130 of the Criminal Code (incitement of enmity) and Article 369 of the Criminal Code (insulting a government official ) was filed against Andrei.
