Andrei Prymaka was arrested as a defendant in a criminal case under three articles of the Criminal Code: Article 368 ('Contempt of the President of Belarus'), Article 342 ('Organization and preparation of actions grossly disrupting public order or active participation in them'), and Article 361-1 ('Creation of or participation in an extremist formation'). The last charges stemmed from his registration in the Peramoha plan.
In June 2023, he was convicted and sentenced to four years of imprisonment in a general-security penal colony.
On June 29, 2023, he was transferred from remand prison #1 in Minsk to penal colony #15 in Mahilioŭ to serve his sentence.
