Andrej Jurkou, a citizen from Maladziečna, was sentenced to one and a half years in prison under Art. 368 of the Criminal Code for insulting Lukashenka.
He was accused of insulting Lukashenka while being arrested by the traffic police based on an allegation that he was drunk.
