Andrei Dumanski is a resident of Minsk convicted of insulting a police officer.

On May 24, 2021, the Frunzenski District Court of Minsk sentenced Dumanski to one year and six months of restricted freedom (home confinement).

Dumanski was found guilty of posting an offensive comment targeting a riot police officer, Vital Fiodarau.
