Anastasiya Toupik

Anastasiya Toupik was arrested on January 31, 2022, in the framework of a criminal case on group actions that grossly violate public order (Article 342 of the Criminal Code). The Belarus State Economic University graduate is accused of participating in the August 2020 protests. 

Anastasiya has been charged and is being held in pre-trial detention center.

At the end of April 2022, Anastasiya was found guilty and sentenced to three years of restricted freedom under home confinement.
