Anastasiya Sankouskaya

Anastasiya Sankouskaya was arrested on March 31, 2022. She was sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest. It also became known that the 27-year-old girl was accused of participating in post-election protests. She allegedly blocked roads.

Anastasiya is charged with Article 342 of the Criminal Code (Organization of group actions that grossly violate public order and preparation or training of such activities).

On 14 July 2022, Anastasiya was found guilty and sentenced to three years of restricted freedom under home confinement.

The Lieninski District Court of Minsk sentenced international transportation manager Anastasiya Sankouskaya, who was accused of organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order or active participation in such actions (Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code). Judge Anastasiya Achalava presided over the trial.
