Aliaksei Daineka was arrested on January 25, 2022, and sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest.
On September 7, 2022, the Minsk Municipal Court considered the criminal case against him under Part 1 of Article 130 of the Criminal Code (‘incitement of social hatred’). Daineka was sentenced to 18 months of imprisonment in a general-security penal colony. The case was considered by Judge Vera Halaukova.
