On December 21, 2023, Aliaksei Asipchuk was sentenced to 2 years and 6 months of restricted freedom under home confinement ("domashniaya khimiya").

He was in custody before the trial and was released after the verdict. 

Judge Ala Skuratovich found him guilty of participating in the 2020 protests and convicted him under Article 342 of the Criminal Code.
